You know sometimes I want to go back to BYUI. NOT because it is in Idaho, but because of the spirit there and the people. I just got an email from a Bishop I had for two semesters, great guy. I loved him and his counselors. I remember my first semester with him he told me in my interview that I was bound to have an exciting life. I sent him an email yesterday telling him I was going on a mission and he sent his reply saying that he was so excited for me and that he wanted me to come back to the ward when I got home. Sadly, I doubt I'll ever go back to BYUI- I would love to see all my teachers and ward leaders again. They were wonderful people who kept me going through the events of this past year. I'll miss BYUI.
Now, if BYUI gets a German Major or if the campus suddenly appears in WA when I get back I may reconsider. But for now, I'm going with the flow.
However, somedays I do find myself missing Idaho.
